30″ web of film is slit with fixed knife system Each band is then roped
on each end which produces a very strong barbell profile. The roped bands
provide extremely strong holding strength while allowing the product to
breathe because of the openings in the film layers. The ratio of film
coverage to air gaps is fully adjustable. Ideal for products that require air
flow to help prevent condensation from building up under the film. Excellent
for all types of produce along with products packaged hot (or cold) that
require condensation to escape (sauces, soup, dog food, yogurt). Available in 20″ model
